What we do
Six things people call us for
Every job below is done from the van, at your address, by a technician carrying the parts for it.
24/7 Emergency Locksmith
A technician is dispatched the moment you call, at any hour. Nights, weekends, and holidays are the same call and the same rate structure.

How it works
Three steps, and you are back inside
- 1
You call
Someone picks up, at any hour. We ask where you are, what the door or vehicle is, and whether you are somewhere safe. That is enough to send the right technician with the right tools.
- 2
We dispatch
The nearest van is sent to your address and you are told who is coming and roughly how long. Most calls in Hamilton and Ancaster are reached under 30 minutes. Cities further out get a longer window, said out loud rather than hidden.
- 3
We quote, then we start
The technician confirms the price at the door before touching the lock. If the job turns out to be different from what you described, we stop and requote. Nothing gets added to the bill after the fact.
Pricing
No hidden fees, with the numbers said out loud
Lockouts start at $35 and rekeying starts at $19 per cylinder, plus a $15 service call fee. Those are starting prices for the simplest version of each job, not the price of every job, and you get your actual figure on the phone before a van is dispatched.
See the full price listYou get the price before we drive
Describe the door or the vehicle on the phone and you get your actual figure there and then, not after a technician is standing in your driveway.
The quote is confirmed at the door
Before any tool touches the lock, the technician repeats the price back to you. If the job is not what was described, we requote instead of adding to the bill.
Nights and weekends are not a surprise
After-hours work is priced when you call, at the hour you call. Nothing is recalculated once the job is done.

Straight answers
Questions people ask before they call
How fast can a locksmith get to me in Hamilton?
Most calls in Hamilton and Ancaster are reached in under 30 minutes. Cities further out, like Brantford, Grimsby, or Caledonia, take longer, and we give you a real arrival window on the phone rather than the same number for every address.
Are you open at night and on weekends?
Yes. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. A lockout at 3am is dispatched the same way one at 3pm is.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Yes. You get the price on the phone based on what you describe, and the technician confirms it at the door before any work begins. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, we stop and requote rather than adding it to the bill afterwards.
Do you need to drill my lock to open it?
Usually not. Most residential and commercial locks can be opened without damage, and that is always the first approach. Some high-security cylinders and some failed locks cannot be opened non-destructively, and in that case we tell you before we start and quote the replacement lock as part of the job.
Can you make a car key if I have lost all of them?
Yes, for most makes. We cut and program a new key or fob at the vehicle, including transponder and proximity keys, so the car does not need to be towed to a dealership. Bring photo identification and proof you own the vehicle, because we will ask for both.
What do you need from me before you dispatch?
The address, a phone number we can call back on, what kind of door or vehicle it is, and whether you are somewhere safe. For a car or a home, we also ask for identification and proof you belong there once we arrive. Any locksmith who does not ask for that is one to be careful with.
Locked out, or planning ahead?
Calling is the fast route: describe the door and you get your price on the call, from $35 plus the $15 service call fee. For a rekey, a lock change, or a spare car key, the booking form takes about a minute and a technician calls you back.
