Hamilton Prime Locksmith Inc is a family owned and locally operated locksmith working across Hamilton and the surrounding Golden Horseshoe. We are fully mobile: there is no shop counter, the vans carry the stock, and the work happens at your door, your unit, or your vehicle.

We ask who you are, every time
Photo identification, plus something showing you belong at the address or own the vehicle. No exceptions, including for people who are certain and in a hurry. The check that slows you down today is the one that protects your door tomorrow.
We open before we drill
Non-destructive entry is the first approach on every lock that allows it. Drilling is a last resort and it is quoted before it happens, never discovered on the invoice.
We quote before we start
On the phone, then again at the door. If the job turns out different, work stops and you get a new price you are free to refuse.
We tell you when you do not need us
A door that has dropped needs a carpenter, not a new lock. A rekey is often the right answer where a lock change was expected. Saying so costs us a sale and keeps the customer.
Insured, bonded, and mobile
Insured and bonded and background-checked technicians. We do not print a licence number on this page, for a simple reason: anything printed here should be producible on request, and we would rather tell you exactly what we carry when you ask than post a number that sounds official.
